Virtual Tricks Class Registration Form

Tricks are a great way to engage a dog, get through a boring winter inside or train skills you can actually use—yes, you can actually use tricks to reconnect a dog on a walk, burn excess teenager/young dog energy or help a dog safely and politely greet new people.

Students will join a 1-hour weekly Zoom class on Sunday nights at 7 pm Eastern and will choose their list of tricks to teach during the month to meet the requirements of the AKC Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, or Performer Trick Dog titles. Students will be part of a private Facebook Group, where they will post their video homework for instructor review on Friday each week and review and comment on other student’s video submissions. Video submissions are also reviewed in class each week so the group can help each other through discussion of successful training methods.

Class is open to teams of all levels and runs for 5 weeks starting in January. The total cost is $165 per team. To register, fill out and submit the form below. You’ll receive an email confirming your registration. Payment is due Monday, January 19 and can be made via cash, check, Venmo or Zelle. Once payment is received, you’ll receive the Zoom meeting link for the duration of the class and an invitation to join the class Facebook Group.
